6DCT250 / DPS6 (Dry-Clutch Powershift)
A dry-clutch unit rated up to 250 Nm torque. Fitted to smaller, naturally aspirated petrol engines (1.6L Ti-VCT, 1.0L EcoBoost) on the Ford Fiesta (MK7), Focus 1.6 petrol, B-Max, and EcoSport. Uses an external electromechanical Transmission Control Module (TCM) with twin electric stepper motors to apply dry clutch friction discs.
